(Please note that the Library desk is not manned between 1pm -2pm on Mondays and Fridays)

Council Services

Thurrock Council Housing surgery at the hub

Thurrock Council hold a Housing surgery every Monday between 10am to 12pm where you can discuss some of the following areas:

  • Housing application advice
  • Benefit advice
  • Thurrock Choice Homes (Bidding)
  • General Welfare advice
  • Debt advice

No need for an appointment just drop into the Tilbury Hub.

Document Verification

 

Please note that volunteers are unable to provide a document verification service to members of the public.

This service will only be available at the Tilbury Hub if a housing officer is available or by library staff who are trained to provide this service.

Report It Service


My Account

 

To use the Thurrock Council "Report It" Services you will first need an account.

To create an account go to www.thurrock.gov.uk and select the "My Account" option on the right of the page sign up.

Once your account is created you will be able to access the "Report It" service, which allows you to report issues in the following areas : 

 

 

  

Street Cleaning & Environment

To report a street problem, simply login to the My Account services, select 'Environmental reporting' and 'Add a report'.
